Your data is yours. Take it any time.
Your pupils, lessons and money records belong to you. Here is what we promise, in plain English. These promises are part of our terms.
Our promises
Everything, in one tap
More, then Your data, then Download everything. One spreadsheet with your pupils, lessons, payments, expenses, mileage, progress and logs. Any time, as often as you like.
No deadline, no letter, no fee
You never have to write to us or ask within a few days of leaving. If you stop paying, you can still sign in and download everything for 90 days.
Never sold
We never sell your data or your pupils’ details, and never use them for marketing. We only use them to run the app for you.
Schools see times, not names
If you join a driving school, it sees your diary as lesson, test and busy blocks only. Never your pupils’ names, numbers, notes or money.
Where it’s kept
On your phone, and in your private account with our database provider, Supabase, in a data centre in Ireland. Only you can open it.
Fair notice
If we ever change the price, we email you at least 30 days before, and you can leave first with everything.
Leaving another app?
Some apps only send a full copy of your records if you ask in writing within days of cancelling. Our switch kit includes a ready-written letter to ask for your data before you cancel, and brings your pupils and future lessons over.
