Pricing questions
Why do I pay on the website and not in the app?
So we can keep the price at £12 a month including VAT. You sign up and manage your plan here on our website, then sign in to the apps with the same email and password.
What happens after the free month?
Your account page on this website shows when it ends. If you want to carry on, choose the plan (£12 a month including VAT) and add a card there, and you pay from then. If you do not, your account pauses and nothing is charged. Your data stays safe for 90 days in case you change your mind, and you can download it at any time.
Do you have a referral scheme?
Yes. Your account page has your own invite link. When an instructor signs up with it and pays their first month, you get your next month free. Up to 12 free months a year.
I’m a trainee instructor (PDI). Is there a deal?
Yes. Trainee instructors get Instructor Office free until they qualify, with everything included. Send your PRN and trainee licence expiry date from your account page and we approve it, usually within a day. It lasts until your trainee licence ends.
Is the AI extra?
No. There is one plan and it includes every feature and all the AI, marked AI on our features page, with 1,000 AI credits a month. Importing your pupils by voice or photo and the help chat have their own allowances, so they never use your 1,000.
What is an AI credit?
Each AI job uses a credit or two: a debrief, a voice command or a receipt is one. 1,000 a month is far more than most instructors use. Up to 150 a day, so no one can run up a big bill by mistake. If you ever run out, everything else keeps working, your credits refill on the 1st, and you can message us for a top-up.
Do my pupils pay anything?
No. The pupil app is free. If you take card payments, pupils pay you directly into your own Stripe account or through your own payment link, and we take nothing. Stripe charges its usual card fee.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account page in two taps. There is no contract and no notice period.
I teach for a driving school with several instructors.
Your school can pay for its instructors: £12 a month including VAT for the school dashboard, plus £12 a month including VAT for each instructor seat. That is £10 and £10 plus VAT. Every seat includes all the AI. See what schools get.
