The apps are free to download. You need an Instructor Office account to sign in.
Where it works
iPhone
The whole app, with Face ID lock, notifications and On the way that keeps going with the phone locked.
Apple Watch
Next lesson, today, the week, free time and pupils. Call, send On my way and use the voice assistant from your wrist.
CarPlay
Today’s lessons on the car’s screen. Call your pupil, tell them you are on the way, or get directions.
Android
The same app for Android phones and tablets, coming to Google Play. Until then, use the web app and add it to your home screen.
Laptop and iPad
The full app in Safari, Chrome or Edge. Ideal for the week’s admin, your money and your accountant pack.

Setting up
On iPhone and Apple Watch
Install Instructor Office from the App Store and sign in. If you wear an Apple Watch, the watch app installs itself; if not, open the Watch app on your iPhone and tap Install next to Instructor Office.
CarPlay
Connect your iPhone to the car as you normally do. Instructor Office appears on the car’s screen. If you cannot see it, on your iPhone go to Settings, General, CarPlay, pick your car and tap Customise.
On a laptop or iPad
Go to this website and choose Sign in, or open the web app directly. On an iPad, tap Share then Add to Home Screen to keep it one tap away.
On Android, before the Play Store app
Open the web app in Chrome, tap the three dots, then Add to Home screen. It works like an app.
