Before an instructor joins, their app shows them exactly what your school will see. You get the shape of their week and their compliance dates. They keep their pupils’ names, numbers, notes and money private, and if they leave, they take everything with them.
You see

You never see
Pupils’ names, phone numbers, addresses, notes, progress, payments or messages. And you can’t change their diary.
New pupils you send

Price for schools
£12 for your dashboard (£10 + VAT). Then a seat per instructor.
Each instructor seat is £12 a month including VAT (£10 + VAT) and has every feature and all the AI. Add or remove seats whenever you like. If you charge your instructors for their seat, that’s between you and them.
Questions from driving schools
Do my instructors need to pay anything?
No. Your school pays for their seats. If they already have their own Instructor Office account, they just join with your PIN and keep everything they have.
Can I see my instructors’ pupils?
No. You see the times of lessons, tests, mocks and busy time, but never a pupil’s name or details. That keeps your instructors’ pupils private and makes the arrangement fair for self-employed franchisees.
What happens if an instructor leaves?
Remove them from your dashboard, or they can leave from their app. Their seat becomes free, you stop seeing their diary, and they keep their own pupils and records.
How do leads reach the right instructor?
Each instructor sets the postcode areas they cover. A lead sent to everyone only goes to the instructors who cover that postcode. Or send it to one instructor, or let instructors say they are interested and choose yourself.
Can I add or remove seats?
Yes, whenever you like, from Billing on your dashboard. Add a seat and it’s charged from that day to the end of your month. Remove a seat and there’s no refund for the rest of the month; from your next bill you only pay for the seats you have.
Does money pass through the app?
No. Your school pays us for the dashboard and seats. Pupils pay their instructor or your school directly, the way they do now.
